Catered to different age groups and levels, we offer a range of programs from baby swim to senior squads.
From as young as six months, babies can join our baby and parent swim program. Our focus is to develop a positive relationship with water through floatation and submersion, through a structured and fun lesson. Our trained coaches focus on enhancing your childs sensory skills while helping, you, the parent feel at ease around water, with other like minded families.

Learn 2 swim
A fun, enjoyable and educational experience that builds the confidence and safety of your child in the water, in progressive and structured stages. Working on the fundamentals of swimming at each stage to develops the competencies and individual abilities in all four strokes (back, free, breast and fly) and as well as aquatic breathing and skills. The children will be rewarded at each stage of the program to ensure they, and you, can see the progression.
Our Squad swimmers are training daily and are often seen at local Galas or representing the various school events. Mark Sheldrick our Head Coach and Michelle Slade, lead the children with a focused structure that has seen them grow as people, as well as athletes.
Using our learn to swim program to feed our Development Squad and then onward to our Senior Squad is something we are very proud of. We have children in the squad, who compete at the highest standards locally, that started with us at just 2/3 years of age.

Whether your goal is to learn to swim, to finetune your strokes, to stay fit or to compete, we can help you. We set up an initial consultation with one of our coaches to discuss your goal. Following an assessment of your current swimming skills, we will provide you with a recommended program and timeline that suits you best.
Learn to swim - Adults: We run at multiple venues each week, offering a fully taught lesson for those who can't swim or have limited swimming ability.
Advanced Swim - Adults: These sessions are again ran at various venues throughout the week, we run a tight program with a structured focus towards your goals developing your ability and skills.
